Issues:
The image on the monitor streaks and a beeping sound can be heard, which means that the power section is not working properly. Usually secondary-side capacitors are the culprit, but in this case the main culprit seems to be the high-voltage 100uf 450V capacitor, which can be seen in the photo. Capacitor C204 – 47uf 35V – also looks suspicious.
All capacitors have been replaced. The picture has improved, it is more stable and the beeping is gone
